Firewall conflict
Dear Support Team,
i just installed a copy of OpManager ver.6 in one of our ibm server and i noticed, it did not give me a list of servers or routers and some manageable switches after a couple of hours that i installed it. for how long does the opmanager will give us information?
aside from enabling the SNMP in all windows machine, what else i need to do? i believed in one our router i did not enable the snmp on it, can you teach me how to enable it?
also, kindly tell me what else i should do to let us appreciate the benefits of this product. do i need to configure my firewall and enable a particular port on it to let the Opmanager pass and fetch data from my network devices? please help!
