Firefox 4.0 and Forwarding Requests
I've found that while using Firefox 4.0 Beta and forwarding requests, the description of the request are not included and is left blank. This is apparently caused by Firefox's built in pop-up blocker. If you disable the pop-up blocker on your ServiceDesk site, the description is shown while forwarding a request
