Filtering tasks / Hiding closed tasks on a request

Hi,

I'm a ServiceDesk newbie. Does anyone know if it's possible to filter/hide completed tasks from the Task List view on a Request?

Some of our requests will have several tasks associated with them to track resolution of reported issues. It'll be useful to have a view where I can see only those that are outstanding.
