Filtering REST Parameters
I am having difficulty locating the API parameters for filtering by the following:
- Group
- Technician
- Approval Status
- Approvers
The Service Desk Plus API documentation makes no specific mention of filtering by these types, I hope it is just an omission from the documentation and not due to there being no implementation.
