Filtered Reports
I do not believe the filtered reporting is working properly. For example, if I choose Title 'contains' item OR Title 'contains' price, I get inaccurate results. I am only wanting to return those requests that have the word ITEM or the word PRICE in the title. But I'm getting a lot of requests that DO NOT fit this criteria.
