[SDF-41689] Filter - x conversation(s) for waiting reply

Hi,

I've had a request for one of my groups to create a filter to view tickets with conversations that are waiting for a reply.

They're visible in the request list with a red envelope, so the system identifies that they're there but I can't see a way of making a filter for it. Is it possible?
