filter requests by region
We are evaluating this product for purchase. I see that you can filter Requests by the type of request. However, we have three different campuses - Dallas, North Carolina, and Orlando.
Can the requests also be filtered by location such that the technician at each center first filters their requests by their own location and then filters request according to filter type?
