File Scanning not working

File Scanning not working

Hi,


I am currently in trial of Desktop Central and a key acheivment of the solution should we buy it is managing local files on devices.

I have setup File Scan Schedule, but it never appears to populate with files. Can you advise if there are soecific ports on PC / Desktop Central server that need to be open specifically for File Scan?
