One thing that would be fantastic for SupportCenter is a file repository for customers so when they log in they have access to them.

 

I wish I had a location that each customer could log in and see documents which I have uploaded for them in specific.

 

Also the ability to allow them to also upload and or overwrite certain files.

 

Ex.

 

Disaster Recovery Plan.

Customaized Application Install File

Employee Contact Sheet

 

 

I have several custom apps which users need to install nd being able to give them a single location to log into to get updated files and or links to apps would be fantastic.
