'File Monitor' not work for Desktop category
Hi all,
I am using OpManager v8 build 8812. I already setup some devices in OpManager : a windows 7 and a windows 2008 machines. Windows 7 is under 'Desktop' category and windows 2008 is under 'Server' category. At the windows 7 machine, 'Monitors' tab, 'File Monitors', I click 'Click here' nothing comes up and I saw a error prompt at status bar.
In Windows 7 machine, 'Passwords' > 'Test Credential', SNMP and WMI are Passed.
However in windows 2008 machine, the 'File Monitors' function works fine.
