When using File Manager our technicians are able to download file(s) as needed. However the technician will sometimes need an entire folder and its contents. When they select the folder and try to download it they get the message "You cannot download a folder(s). Please select file(s) to download."

Is there a way to enable downloading of folders and their contents or would this need to be a possible feature request?
