File / Directory Monitor - lack of file?

File / Directory Monitor - lack of file?

I'd like to verify that a folder is missing a specific file - if so, the monitor is successful. From what I can tell, the File/Directory Monitor looks for the existence of a file.

Do I have to use a script for this?
