I am monitoring 3 Windows 2012 r2 print servers. I'm using the file count option to check how many files are in the spool folder.

It has been working fine, but all of a sudden one server would show nothing under Folder Size, File Count or Folder Exists. If I test the monitor it says the folder does exist.

It has no done the same thing on the other two print servers.

Any idea as to why this would happen
