I am using AdventNet ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus  7.0.0 and recently found out account users are not able to upload files as an attachment in the request they are submitting. When i click on attach file, it pops up new window for file attachment, by selecting file and clicking upload, it does not do anything.

Can not figure out what the problem is. Any help in this regard is appreciated.
