Fields being used for search - Requests
For requests, when I do a "SEARCH", what fields are included in that search? Is it a wildcard against those fields?
I created an SR template with a field EMPLOYEE NAME and it's not showing in a search. I can find the SR using search in other ways.
Just curious as to where I should expect to find data.
