We are working on some new templates for requestors, we design the form and put fields in various locations to make the form a logical sequence. When we press save the form seems to render/move fields by itself and change where we wanted fields placed.

We have a desktop publishing expert and if there isn’t a solution to the above is it possible to design our own HTML forms?
