Field & Form Rules: Tasks
Hi,
I am currently trying to create a new Field & Form Rule (On Form Submit) for a new incident template. My goal is to apply tasks to this template automatically.
So I created task templates in advance and when I try to add them under "Actions" it says "no matches found". I feel like I should see all of the task templates there. Am I missing something?
