Is there any "good" documentation on building and writing scripts for the field and form rules?  There are a few examples but it's hard to build scripts if I cannot find a list of field variables, or command states, or proper coding techniques.

It seems this a an amazingly powerful tool but would be even more powerful with a little documentation.

Can someone point me in the right direction for something?
