Few questions on SD+
Hi all,
I have problem on using SD+, kindly help on it, many thx!!!
1) 'Task Email' sent not in html format.
2) For import account from AD, will the SD record be updated instead of Overwritten?
3) When re-assign request to another technician, will the requester receive an update email with what things is updated?
