Few questions about SD+

Greetings
I`ve got a few questions

Is there any possibility to :
-Add Queue counter somewhere in main window of sd+ ??
(In my opinion it would be useful detail especially in my configuration of SD+)

-lock priority in requester form, in order to make impossible for requester to choose it by him self, instead of it link priority with (for exp) category (something like Business Rules). i`ve try to create this kind of business rule but it didn`t work

-use any shortcuts in SD+ (i`m not sure if it`s possible in web based software)

- When i use "copy request" option and i want to change "requester name" (in copied request), system returns old name after "update request" option.In sytuation when that name is not on the list imported from AD.(?)
