Few Questions

We have configured all the router to using Net flow to push the traffic to net flow analyzer server, we are not using SNMP/NBAR.

1. We have got one physical interface on few routers, after enabling the net flow on the physical interface; we got to see two interfaces on the web console, which is confusing. Does it show an interface for in / out separately?
2. After enabling it on our main router , we got to see some links displaying IN/OUT traffic, but few links showed up with only IN traffic, which is confusing. Please can you explain how does it handle the traffic? And how can we get IN/OUT traffic enabled on the interfaces. I have attached two interface reports, one showing the in/out traffic and other is only showing out traffic.
3. Is there any way to set the Total available bandwidth, so the graphs reflect the actual bandwidth status?
4. How can we set the thresholds and protective monitoring?
5. The graph shows the bandwidth in bps, is there any way to change it to kbps along with the total available bandwidth.
6. Can we have consolidated UP time report for all the link.
