Few issues in 6006 Build
Hi to all,
Since I install the hotfix 6006 to SC now I am having diferent issues like this:
1.- The Conversations in the request are too long now since build 6006. Before you can see the client replys and your reply as a Support Rep, for example:

Now is like this:

If the case takes to long to close the conversations can be very, very long. I dont know why you guys put this in this build
2.- The Survey results are wrong, when you go to Admin > Survey Results you see Created Date and Completed Date and the Date is just the same and that is not true. Also when the email is sent to the client to complete the survey, we use for example: Dear $ContactName, and in the email appear as ContactName, I mean, The real value of the $ContactName is missing.
3.- The Solutions in the Knowledge Base. Sometimes we created a Solution that will apply to diferent topics. For example, if I publish a Solution that will apply for Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 and this are diferent topics I need to created two Solutions, one for 2000 and one for 2003 but the content is just the same. Also, you cant paste Images on the content so we need to put images as a file attachments, that is not ok!.
4.- Announcements. When you add a new Announcement and write it with a specific format, when you save, it lose the format and looks very Ugly. For Example:
When you write:

XXXXXXXXX XXXX
After, when you save:
XXXXXXXXX XXXX
XXXXXXXXX XXXX
Also, I will like to have the ability to notify my clients for Important Announcements but I dont want to put their email address on the Field To: or Cc, so I need the field Bcc: because I dont wanna reveal their email address to others because it will be a Mass Notification and I wanna protect their email address from others specially SPAM.
I Hope that you fix some of this or All in the next release.
