Features Next Release of ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand

Dear SDP OnDemand Users,

The next release of ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand will be on Project Enhancements and below is the detailed features list :

Project Template : Project Template supports to configure different set of fields for different type of projects. Thereby creating individual form for each project template for the most frequently used.
Task Dependency with New Graphical UI (drag and drop) : Dependency mapping feature has been introduced for Requests, Problems, Changes and Projects. Look for 'Viewing Task Dependency' in help within the respective modules for further insight.
Import Microsoft Projects : You can now import Projects in the form of Microsoft projects.
Support for Additional Fields : Ability to add new user defined fields in Projects has been introduced.
Projects Reports : Several Custom reports and Query reports have been made available for the Projects module by default.
Project task time sheet reports : Time sheets have been enhanced within Projects and Milestones of Projects. You can now view time sheets for every individual work log as well as for all work logs collectively.
New options like 'actual hours', 'actual cost' etc. have been added in the columns section in Custom reports for Projects.
In the Gantt Chart view in Projects, you can now choose multiple milestones in filters and view tasks associated with them.
View associated Project ID in Request List View.
