1. I'm looking for approval process for problem management.
There are approval processes in incident / purchase / change management. But I cannot find the approval process for problem management.
If it is not there, can you add this feature please?
2. On the report module, I want to see the which device (PC, server, projector, monitor, etc...) is getting most of service / IT request on it. How can I do it?
