Feature Request - Restoration of Archived Tickets

Feature Request - Restoration of Archived Tickets

I have been getting requests from my users to be able to restore archived requests.
 
From what I understand - there currently is no ability to do so.
 
I would like to see this feature implemented.
 
Even if it is just a method of forwarding the entire ticket as an email back to the user, or to the helpdesk so that a new ticket # is assigned.
