Feature Request - Resolution
Is it possible to add into the Resolutions a second Field for searchable informations which are not viewable for the Requester (this information should also not included in the Mails to the Requester).
Background:
Many times we have several technical informations regarding to the current issue which we want to store in the Workorder. But this are informations which are not important for the requester.
