Can there be an option where the 'User Confirmation' option be enabled for say, a Level I Service Desk Role, but for a higher level, a Level II or Level III technician Role be able to override this feature.
We found that if we enable this feature, we constantly encounter users who ask us to work on their machine while they are away from it. "Here's my machine, go ahead and connect, I'm out of the office currently", or "I'm out of the office, please connect and fix <XYZ> while I'm out? "
We'd like to be able to have the option for lower technicians, but available to override by senior staff if needed.
