Feature Request / Issues
Hello:
We are evaluating EventLog Analyzer and so far we really liked the product.
Few issues/feature we would like to request:
1) I cannot see any Database backup script in bin directory. It would be quite useful to have (similar to OpManager and ServiceDesk) which we can schedule it to our liking via windows scheduler.
2) It would be nice to have Archived Files to be saved over network drive (directly configurable) from EventLog Analyzer?
3) We find that Reports page in EventLog Analyzer comes up after quite a bit of delay. It takes about 5/10 seconds before page shows up. What could be reason for this, other tabs/pages are fast in loading.
4) It will be really useful to have sorting feature for devices on the on Home tab. For e.g per device, per group, errors etc.
5) Also, useful would be to have customizable Device Name for display purpose on Host settings or on Home page (actual device scanning/config can be by IP only -- just like OpManager)
