So far PMP has been a great resource for our company but I have an issue.  We have several admins handling delegation and security of all passwords, however users have no way to "submit" a new password to be added to the admins to be approved and shared.  The only way new passwords can be added is if the person requesting the resource to be added comes to an admin and asks them to add the resource.  This is an issue because there is not a highly secure way to do this as many associates are not in the same office as an admin and would need to email the password.  Once the password is emailed, we lose some security from internal threats right there.  Ideally the PMP software would have a workflow in a secure area for a PMP user to submit a resource and password addition and this would be passed to a PW admin for approval and then sharing to other users.  Having to make everyone an admin defeats the purpose of having a user permission level in my opinion.
