is it possible to get a new feature?

My idea...

In our company, we do add new access rules to the FWSM rule set only after a documented and reviewed change request.
We do have a system were these changes are saved. But we do not have a system which tracks these changes to rules.

What do we do now?
We are writing a remark line followed by the referenced rule.
But if we delete any rule, there will be no remark, why we did it.

So now the question.
Is it possible to establish a new function in Device Expert (it tracks all changes to the config anyway).
In this new function there is a table automatically filed by Device Expert with (User, what has been changed [just Object Groupe, access-list FromOutside, etc.]) and on top a field that has to be manually filled by a user with its referenced change number.
