Feature Request: Business Rule - Notify Account Manager

Good Morning,
With the upgrade to v11, it appears that we have lost the ability to configure multiple Notification rules in Business Rules.  In v8, we had configured a few rules to notify Account Managers on High Severity issues specifically, and will miss this feature.

Is there any plan to re-introduce this ability?
