Feature Request: Automatically Notify Manager
Our management requires that when their employee submits a request that they are copied on the request. Today, we have to do this manually.
Our organization structure is already loaded in to AD (Who reports to who, etc.). It would be handy if ServiceDesk could automatically copy their supervisor on the ticket without us having to manually set it.
