Below is a link to powershell method(s) to determine UEFI or BIOS.  I would really like opmanager to include the UEFI / BIOS information, and further would like to run inventory reports based on UEFI, or BIOS.

In the next couple years I'm certain enterprises will be "mostly" UEFI, but this is still a transitional time with so much hardware still being BIOS-based, and many VMs primarily being built as BIOS.

Why I care... When considering disaster recovery, or business continuity, the first thing I have to consider is, whether I am restoring a UEFI system or a BIOS system, because our enterprise restoration is depends on restoring bios-to-bios, and uefi-to-uefi.  Just as Microsoft's native bare metal restore depends on the same.
