We have a hybrid environment with both on-premises Active Directory and Exchange Online.

While creating a Shared Mailbox user object in ADManager Plus (on-prem) and provisioning the mailbox in Exchange Online, we have noticed that there’s no option to specify the User Principal Name (UPN) during creation.

As a result, the UPN remains unset or defaults incorrectly, leading to synchronisation issues and mailbox provisioning delays in Exchange Online.

We would like to request the addition of a UPN input field in the Shared Mailbox creation workflow within ADManager Plus for hybrid environments. This would:

• Ensure smooth synchronisation with Azure AD.

• Prevent mailbox creation failures in Exchange Online.

• Improve hybrid management consistency from a single interface.
