Feature request? (Read only customer access)

Hi there,

We have a large customer who would like to have a generic account that they can give to certain people (board members), which is able to view all requests for their account, but is unable to add new requests, or edit any existing requests.

Is this currently possible, and if not, can we have this implemented please? I'm sure there are others out there who would find this useful.
