Feature Request: Time Out on Errors.

Feature Request: Time Out on Errors.

It would be great if in Event Log Rules we could add another option to the levels. For example, right now I am setting a lot of mundane event log messages to be ignored, but there are some rather mundane ones that don't matter unless they happen in quantity. Lets say something like, "Virus found and Quarantined." I don't really care about that. But if it begins happening every thirty seconds or so, I want to know - obviously I have an outbreak. So, it would be nice to have a feature that would allow us to set a threshold for how many times the event error is generated that it will be totally ignored, and then that it will be escalated.
So using my example above. I could set the threshold at 3 per day. The first 3 times it occurs in a given day the event is ignored, but the fourth time it escalates to a Trouble Alarm.
That way I'm not constantly deleting mundane, unimportant events - but at the same time I'm not totally cancelling them out either. So when that event that is almost always mundane begins chewing up all my memory b/c its reporting itself every 0.0001 seconds - I get notified instead of finding out when my server crashes.
David.
