Feature Request: Requests generate link to ticket

It would be good if when a user logs a request, one of the fields that could be included in the reply was something like $WebPortalLink that provided a direct link to view the details and updates of the request without needing to log in.

This would allow the user to monitor the status of their issue without needing a logon accout to Support Center (this is something our users complain about a lot as they already have a lot of accounts with a lot of different systems).

The URL to it should be encrypted somewhat to prevent anyone from just feeding in the ID in order to view any request.
