Feature Request: Linking Requests
I would like to see a feature where we could link or reference requests.
We are often in the situation that our IT adds a request that then is dealt with internally. However, this may result in new requests where we have to inform customers / users.
What I would like to see is that we could reference/link these new requests with the original problem. (Right now we use a custom field where we type in the request ID)
By adding a link (only visible to Technicians) we would be able to easily locate the original request or preferable list all requests linked.
