Feature Request: Creating Contacts
Hello - I don't see a "feature request" forum like the one that ServiceDesk has, so I'm posting here.
I would love to see a feature in a new version where the full contact information for a new contact can be assigned when a contact is created at the same time that a request is created. In the current release, contacts can be added, but then you have to go back into the contacts screen to add them to an account.
