Many thanks for the accounting of number-of-packets - that's great!
I don't know how do-able this will be, but how about showing a histogram of average packetsizes for some given time period? A graphical equivalent of this:
router#show ip cache flow

Average packet size for a flow could be calculated from the raw netflow data as octets/packets.
