Feature: Turn off Time to complete requests
We do not need to have requests completed by time. In other words, when a request is saved, the system simply adds 3 day, 5 days or whatever SLA setting is applied. We do not need the time factor. It causes problems where a user logs a request at 09:03 with a 3 day SLA. As far as we are concerned the request can be completed anytime up until the end of the 3rd business day - not by 09:03 of that morning.
If we don't realise the time of the request it can become overdue.
We would like an option to turn the time feature off when working out Due dates and SD+ simply add the SLA days to make the due date.
