Faulting Mysqld-nt.exe
SD 6 has been running fine for a couple of weeks after installation.
Evaluation and testing was so good we, possibly foolishly, went live two days ago.
System is now down with faulting mysqld-nt - event log shows
Can't open and lock time zone table: Table 'mysql.time_zone_leap_second' doesn't exist trying to live without them
followed by
Faulting application mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0012b75e.
Obviously this is more than a little embarrasing. Does any one know of any workarouns so that we can get the HD operational again.
