False Downtimes with WebSphere 6.0.2

I have 8 WebSphere Applications servers in a group and 5 are showing as down for 5 Hrs 41 Mins 13 Secs. But they are not. They are up and responding and have been. If I look at http://qrr1ei01:9081/wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?connector=SOAP?port=8891&HOST=wed1ha01 I see all eight in the xml file and they seem to be just fine. If I convert a random sampling of the �Time� values from the statistics from this file for a pair of AppServers one up and one down, other than a few seconds difference they seem to be the same.

I cycled one of the Applications Servers that show as being down and it still shows as being down.
