Hello Gents,

I see the following issue. Sometimes (1-3 times per week) WMI service is crashed on different Windows servers. Some servers have Windows Service Monitors. OpManager tries to check service status via WMI and can't do it. I.e. OpManager immediatly sends alerts about service down.

There is no any settings to send alerts for two or more WMI checks. Can you please add some more configuration settings for Windows Service Monitors ? I would like to see here Consecutive Times setting as for Service Monitor.

Or don't send alert if you can't query device by WMI. There should be another setting -- what OpManager should do if WMI isn't working.
