False 'Service Down' Alarms
Hi.
I just installed and got this thing going this morning.
I configured about 5 servers to be monitored.
All of them are displaying as 'Service Down' for the Echo service.
This is very odd, because they certainly are not down; when I ping them, they all respond just fine.
I've already seen the advice to edit the ping.properties file or whatever it was - to increase the number of attempts and retries or whatever, and I did that, but = no change.
Any ideas?
