faled to install msi...

Gentlemen,

good day!

i just want to ask anybody from this forum if you encountered an error in installing the OpManager. the error sez, "Failed to install msi file. the installation will now clean-up the set-up fileand abort".

your suggestion to fix this issue is very much appreciated.
