Failure while saving technician details
I have recently installed the trial version of ME ServiceDesk Plus. I am using the AD to import my requestors, but I need some of those requestors to be technicians. When I attempt to add/save the technician it give me an error (code: 1127837025987.
If anyone could help me get this setup properly I would greatly appreicate it.
