Failure to register a user in Customer Portal

Failure to register a user in Customer Portal

hi all

I have configured email setting up in admin, and I register a user in Customer Portal, I got


FAILURE : Mail Server Settings are not yet Configured. Please Contact Administrator 
I tried to submit a ticket in Customer Portal, it is OK, I can get in administrator area, so I think that my email setting is correct.

Could you help me to fix my error?
