Failure. Request ID(s) 60 cannot be assigned to the selected technician.

Hello team,

I cannot assign the requests to the technicians.
When I go to Requests and check the box against the request then go to assign > Select the technician, I receive the following message:
Failure. Request ID(s) 60 cannot be assigned to the selected technician.
The site of the ticket is the same as the technician's site.
Please advise.
