Hello Everyone,
Kindly be note that we have issue with O365 mailbox.
We have tried POP (995) and IMAP (993) to insure it wasn't our firewall we disabled to test.
We are receiving the following error:
"unable to connect with mail server - authentication failed with the given username and password."
We are able to connect with the username and password, We also can telnet to the cloud.
Our settings are as follows
Server Name / IP Address: outlook.office365.com
Username: Email address of the mailbox
Password: Obvious really.
Email Address: Email address of the mailbox
Protocol: POP
Port: 995
